Growing service-based brands can be difficult. But with over 14 years of experience working in the public sector, I have managed to grow the following program brands and elevate them in order to gain recognition at the local, state, and national level as best management practices as part of a larger market transformation effort.
Using my background in Kinesiology and my passion for sports and the outdoors, I created the “Triple E” - Environmental Energy Education framework - curriculum-based activities that relay energy efficiency messages through exercise, activism, and volunteerism.

The pivot towards 100% online activities led to the County of San Diego’s receipt of the Merit Award in the Government Finance, Administration and Technology category.
Using the Learning Management System software, Articulate, I designed and programmed the Virtual Touch Table activity.
Even though the pandemic led to the cancellation of events, I had the honor to serve on the steering committee for Women In The Wild- a recreation program designed for women by women.
Recognition for the bi-annual Warrior Hike hosted in honor of Memorial and Veteran’s Day. Event participation grew by 70% over four years.
As an event lead, I helped design event logistics and managed on-site registration.
Recognition from local District 12 of the California Park and Recreation Society for the Warrior Hike Event.
By its third year, the Warrior Hike averaged a 13% participation rate by local military and a 35% return rate by participants.
